Sofia A. Lieser, M.D.

Dr. Sofia Lieser is a native Texan. She left Texas to obtain her undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Lieser then completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Case Western Reserve MetroHealth / Cleveland Clinic residency program in Cleveland, Ohio where she served as chief resident.

After completing residency she served as an instructor of obstetrics and gynecology at Case Western Reserve MetroHealth Medical Center for 2 years.

Dr. Lieser moved back to Texas and began her private practice in 2015. She is bilingual (English/Spanish). She practices general obstetrics and gynecology and is passionate about preventative care and evidence based medicine. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has 2 children and is happily married.
